I began investing in real estate in 1980 and have had a long and successful career despite the ups and down in the market. I work for myself, but have a large network of independent contractors such as property locators, wholesalers and real estate agents who I work with.

I first got into real estate investing while working as a partner in a construction company in New York City. While working on home renovation, I realized I had the skills to make money by fixing up homes and reselling them.

My specific expertise is in buying, fixing and selling houses-known as “flipping.” I also love teaching new investors how to profit from this type of business. I’ve learned how to analyze a potential real estate deal in the proper way. I know exactly what I need to see before I look at a property.

There are a couple of ways to get into this profession. Beginners who don’t have a lot of capital to invest can wholesale—that is locating suitable properties for investors. Retailers are those who buy a house, fix it up and flip it in a short time period.

I can teach you both of these methods and help you understand the financing for both types of projects.

You don’t need a real estate license to become a real estate investor. I have taught thousands how to properly position themselves to profit from current real estate market conditions. My methods have been successful for over 25 years and are applicable through out the country.

Real estate investing is something that can be done on a flexible schedule and you can work from home. Overhead can be kept very low.
