There are new opportunities to invest in real estate every day. Usually it’s a win-win situation where I’m either helping a distressed homeowner or a bank that wants a house off their books. Other times I’m helping a family who just inherited a house in poor condition that needs to be fixed up and sold quickly.

I began investing in real estate in 1980 and have had a long and successful career despite the ups and down in the market. I work for myself, but have a large network of independent contractors such as property locators, wholesalers and real estate agents who I work with.

The specific things I can teach you are:
1) Learning the key and crucial components when analyzing any potential real estate investment.
2) How to develop your team of experts who will assist you in every step of the process.
3) How to avoid risky and non-profitable investments.
4) Learning the proven and profitable purchasing formula for any investment property
5) The techniques to quickly position yourself to become a professional, profitable real estate investor; and
6) How to get financing from private lenders even if you have bad credit.

MORE

I first got into real estate investing while working as a partner in a construction company in New York City. While working on home renovation, I realized I had the skills to make money by fixing up homes and reselling them.

My specific expertise is in buying, fixing and selling houses-known as “flipping.” I also love teaching new investors how to profit from this type of business. I’ve learned how to analyze a potential real estate deal in the proper way. I know exactly what I need to see before I look at a property.

There are a couple of ways to get into this profession. Beginners who don’t have a lot of capital to invest can wholesale—that is locating suitable properties for investors. Retailers are those who buy a house, fix it up and flip it in a short time period.

I can teach you both of these methods and help you understand the financing for both types of projects.

You don’t need a real estate license to become a real estate investor. I have taught thousands how to properly position themselves to profit from current real estate market conditions. My methods have been successful for over 25 years and are applicable through out the country.

Real estate investing is something that can be done on a flexible schedule and you can work from home. Overhead can be kept very low.

I’ve completed hundreds of projects and am proud of the quality of the renovated houses I sell. I’m also proud of all the people I’ve taught to invest in the short-term real estate market.
