Steve is highly sought out as an advisor and mentor by Millennials working to identify their unique place in today's constantly evolving society. He coaches Millennials across the U.S. from a wide array of backgrounds and professions including both sides of the camera in television and film, modern ballet choreographers and dancers, scene designers and technicians from Broadway shows and touring productions, and Millennial entrepreneurs actively impacting their local communities and economies.
With a masters degree in Strategic Leadership & Organizational Change and professional highlights that include strategic planning, budget management, program facilitation and development, Steve possesses a great deal of business and human resources experience as well. As Vice President of Business Operations at a Human Resource consulting firm, Steve focused on coaching and recruiting Millennials entering into their career fields, as well as developing relationships with university career service departments.
Steve's current area of influence as the Director of Student Engagement at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts continues keeping Steve among Millennials as well as his work as a consultant for universities and non-profits, specializing in program and team development, communication and leadership strategies, conflict mediation, and various Millennial-specific issues.
