As a Chief Technology Officer, I am responsible for all IT activities in the company, going from planning and managing all IT infra-structure to discussing, designing, developing, launching and maintaining companies' products and solutions.
Currently I hold this position in two startups that share teams, offices and resources, but deliver different solutions for different customers. In both I am involved across the entire teams to design and develop educational solutions for companies and private universities in Brazil. I am able to defy myself in designing modern scalable solutions, using games, apps and cloud frameworks to provide engaging products that raise the return on investments in training and courses.

I am an electronic and software engineer, graduated in one of the top universities in Brazil, joining University of Stuttgart (in Germany) for a one-year schorlaship. I have been working with systems for 12 years, most of my time with industrial systems that control manufacturing production, where I could implement and develop them. I also had the chance to be project manager, taking care of implementation projects in different segments (mining, pulp & paper, oil) and manage a 15-employee team, working remotely and also with some members outside my country.
For the last couple of years I got involved in the entrepreneur world, where I got responsible for develop web and smartphone apps for educational solutions, and started getting involved in other fields of business, not just development, but also IT management, strategic planning and customers' feedback cycle.
