I am an enthusiastic IT Executive with significant experience in managing IT departments, P&L, people & projects, especially in the IT Infrastructure area. I worked for DHL, EDS, HP, HPE and DXC Technology.
For the last 10 years I have been a Global Account Manager / Client Executive with Sales, client relationship, commercial and P&L responsibility for IT services outsourcing accounts working HPE and DXC Technology.
I have managed annual budgets over $75M and add-on annual sales over $20M.
I have managed over 400 people in positions equivalents to CIO and COO.
I am credible to customers and teams due to my strong technical background in IT infrastructure (hosting, cloud, workplace, security), in IT Service management (ITIL based) and in project management. I am PMI PMP certified with wide experience in managing international large-scale transitions and transformations as well as portfolio of complex inter-related projects. I have designed a process for M&A integrations and lead a portfolio of M&A integrations in 20+ countries.
I am a committed, flexible individual with good organizational and communication skills.
I thrive in in dynamic business environments, dealing with uncertainty and complexity efficiently. I am recognized as an inclusive leader and team builder, with both local and virtual international teams. I prefer a cooperative approach with customers (consultative selling) and teams, aiming for win-win long term collaboration.
I am fluent in English, French and Dutch.
I was born and raised in France, I studied computer engineering in Lyon and in McGill University, Canada. I then lived and worked for almost 20 years in Belgium. Now I live in France on the Swiss border, as I have been working in Geneva for the last 8 years.
