Aigner/Prensky Marketing Group
I love creativity and the chance to continually come up with new ideas and ways of looking at things. There are no bad ideas….and so many really good ones.
I am the senior vice president/principal with Aigner/Prensky Marketing Group and have been with the agency since it was launched in 1984. We are a boutique public relations (PR) and strategic marketing agency focused on public relations, special events, social/digital media and charitable/media partnerships. In addition, the agency spawned a new company -- Food Truck Festivals of New England.
I will share with you how to build these relationships, gain and retain clients and how important reading and writing are to your success….I am not kidding! There are no boundaries in marketing. Think big and crazy. Nothing's too big, nothing is too crazy. It's not just about results, it's also about process. Client relations are an art.
Our goal is for our clients to be top of mind with consumers. We have represented a variety of both business and individual clients including super markets, a party supply chain, summer camps, non-profits and public figures like Olympic figure skater, Nancy Kerrigan.
Being your own boss is both freeing and challenging. It is exciting and nerve-racking to be responsible for the livelihood of many. My business partner and I accept that challenge! The fact that I work for good clients in an exciting, creative field is a blessing. The fact that I have a business partner with complementary skills that allow for great brainstorming sessions and countless "spirited" discussions makes for fun, exhausting days!
Our agency is run like a newsroom – a high energy, casual environment driven by creativity and passion. I love what I do, how I do it and where I do it and……that I can bring my dog to work and have worked my way to having Fridays off!
Over the past 28 years, I have learned how important it is to continue to be creative and innovative in your work, to maintain strong client relationships and grow with the industry.
